Meet Jessika!

Born and raised in Kelowna BC, Jessika decided she wanted an adventure. At the age of 19 she packed up, left home and moved to the Cayman Islands in 2010 and spent a wonderful 3 years being a "beach bum" and teaching scuba diving.  

In 2014 she decided to leave the island life and come home, to go back to school to become a Medical Office Assistant. After Graduating in 2015 she got herself a administrative position at Kelowna General Hospital, working in the Emergency and front end. In 2017 she got offered a job in a very busy corneal specialist clinic, assisting with Lasik, Cataract and PRK patients.

After having her beautiful son Kaleb in 2020, she decided to leave the Okanagan and move to Kamloops with her little family. In January of 2021 she joined the Natural Smiles family and has fit right in.

You will find Jessika in the front taking phone calls, assisting patients and helping out in the back when needed. She has a great sense of humor and a playful nature.  She is always smiling and laughing with us and the patients. She is the head of our social media making sure we are up to date and relevant to our patients and is a integral part of the team.

While not in the clinic you will find her with her family enjoying the beauty of the outdoors.  She frequently makes her way back down to Kelowna to see her loved ones and enjoy the Okanagan for a weekend. She is passionate about photography, and in her spare time she works with families, couples and does the occasional wedding to capture their special day.

We are very happy she decided to join the Natural Smiles family and give a job in the dental industry a try and we look forward to having many more years with her!
