Meet Laura!

After over a decade spent working in retail, Laura decided it was time for a change, She enrolled in the Dental Reception Course offered at Vancouver Community College in 2016 were she found her passion for all things dental. She graduated in 2017 and moved back to Kamloops with her husband where she joined the Natural Smiles family and has been here ever since.

Laura is our expert in all things insurance, You ask it, she knows it. She has been with us for the last 5 years and has become our personal office "mom" always making sure to come to the rescue of any in-office emergency.

Aside from being the clinic mom, she is a proud cat mom of 2 who works tirelessly to ensure she can keep them in the pampered lifestyle they have become accustomed to.

Laura is a movie buff, hocky fan and an avid reader, with fantasy being her number one choice. She loves to curl up on the couch with her fur babies and get into her imaginary world for a few hours. She loves music of all kinds, and you can often find her at concerts with her husband in the evenings and on weekends.

As a hocky fan Laura was happy when our clinic became a team sponsor to The Blazers in 2019, giving her the opportunity to see many games and support our home team with her husband who is also a huge hockey fan.

Laura is the first smiling face you see when you walk through our doors and one of the 2 friendly voices you hear on the other end of the phone. We are so happy to have her as a part of our little smile family and look forward to enjoying many more years with her.
